Managing Waterthorpe Ltd.

The company is managed by a number of directors, who are elected annually at the AGM. All the directors are volunteer shareholders.  Once a property owner has acquired a share they are eligible to be elected as a director. All shareholders are invited to attend the AGM and contribute to the management of the company. The maintenance levy is set each year at the AGM.The company has no employees.
